Process
A defined process from first conversation to launch.
No open-ended discovery. No speculative design. Every step has a clear output, and key decisions are approved before work continues.
Qualification
You provide the commercial context, budget and desired outcome. We confirm whether LeadBuilt is the right fit.
Complete the project form or book a short conversation. We review your business, audience, objectives and timeline.
Discovery
We dig into what you sell, who buys it and what the website needs to achieve.
A recorded strategy session covers your offer, customers, competitors, existing assets and commercial objectives.
Sitemap and message
We define the page structure, core messaging and conversion journey before design begins.
You receive a recommended sitemap, homepage conversion structure and a messaging direction for approval.
Copy
Copy is drafted and approved before development.
Growth and Demand projects include copywriting from a recorded customer interview. Core includes editing and restructuring supplied copy.
Visual direction
One considered visual direction, not a gallery of options.
We present a single visual direction based on the approved strategy. This avoids the inefficiency of producing multiple speculative designs.
Build
The website is coded, integrated and tested across devices.
Bespoke-coded implementation. Forms, integrations, analytics and SEO foundations are built in.
QA
Internal quality assurance before client review.
Accessibility, performance, browser compatibility, form delivery, redirects and mobile responsiveness are all verified.
Payment and launch
Final payment, then the site goes live.
Final payment is collected before DNS is changed or the finished site is transferred. Redirects, tracking and search systems are verified.
Review
Post-launch monitoring and improvement.
Growth projects include a 30-day data review. Demand includes a 90-day search and conversion review. Care and Loop clients receive ongoing support.
Important notes
